HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE TO USE THE OILS?

Typically you will apply them as needed, but with a starter dose of twice a day for 14 days.

CAN’T I JUST USE DOLLAR STORE OILS?

Unfortunately cheaper oils, while they smell like the plant on the label, are often synthetic fragrance oils. They don’t have the effective, tested components in them that give real results. Our oils are tested per quart size batch. We use different companies to provide the oils, but make sure what we use is of a therapeutic quality to give best results.

WHY USE A CUSTOM BLEND?

Some conditions respond better to oils used together than individually. We blend our oils based on Chinese medicine principles to resonate specifically with your unique concern, as well as using pre-made blends where appropriate.

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH OILS TO USE?

It’s simple. We listen to your story, we pay attention to how you’re FEELING, and your body tells us where it needs help.

WHAT ABOUT MY MEDICATIONS? ARE THERE ANY INTERACTIONS?

Aromatherapy is mainly used topically or via diffuser, so the chance of an adverse reaction is minimal. Certain oils are more likely to have a reaction and we can discuss that recommendation when you come in. Oils used internally should only be used with supervision and are not recommended with certain medications.
